Modular Conveyor Systems

Versatile, customizable conveyor solutions for a variety of light-duty applications.

Rapid-Veyor

Our portable Modular Conveyor systems are engineered to improve efficiency while increasing labor savings.

Unlike many other conventional conveyors that operate at fixed speeds and in one direction, our systems feature multi-directional capabilities and variable speed control. The conveyor beds are expertly crafted from lightweight and durable aluminum, offering portability and resilience. Plus, they’re made in the USA and are backed by a two-year warranty.

How to Customize Your Conveyor System

Step 1: Measure the Distance

Always give yourself a few extra feet of flexibility. The system is modular and portable, so you can always remove sections you don’t need.

Step 2: Decide What Width You Need

We offer 12” and 18” wide PMCs that seamlessly connect with our collection of parts and accessories for optimal versatility.

Step 3: Select Section(s)

Your modular conveyor system will require at least one Drive Conveyor Section. The drive sections come in two lengths (12.5’ or 20’) and have a permanently attached motor, making it ready to go at all times. The drive sections can also transfer power to Non-Motor Sections. Each drive section can power up to 100′ of total system length in a straight line.

Step 4: Select Accessories

  • For additional flexibility, you can use Drop-in-Drives to power Non-Motor sections at a raised level or directly on the ground. Learn more by checking out: What type of drive should I purchase?
  • For the raised system, plan on 1x Tripod Stand per conveyor section. If using only Non Motor sections, you’ll need tripods for the number of sections +1.
  • Outside and Inside Corner Kits for any turns
  • Photo Eye Stop Kit for convenience or safety
  • Storage Cart for up to 100’ of conveyor

Product Descriptions

Non-Motor Sections – can be used in conjunction with a Drive Section or Drop-In Drive.

Drop In Drive Above (DID-A) – positioned above the conveyor bed, which helps run the belt on the ground or on benches. This is a self contained motor + controller that must be attached to any Non Motor section of conveyor. Conveyed items must not be wider than the conveyor bed itself (they can’t overhang or they will interfere with the DID-A).

Drop In Drive Below (DID-B) – hangs below the conveyor bed and is perfect for products that are wider than the bed because it keeps the top free of obstruction. This is a self contained motor + controller that must be attached to any Non Motor section of conveyor. Since it hangs below the conveyor section it will be necessary to elevate the conveyor from the ground using a tripod stand or other method.

Tripod Stand – used to rest the conveyor on and can be adjusted to different heights.

Inside Corner Kit – a wheel and mounting hardware to handle “inside” cornering duties.

Outside Corner Kit – is a guide and mounting hardware to handle “outside” product cornering duties.

Photo Eye Stop Kit – attaches to the controller of the drive section or the drop-in drive to cause products on the belt to stop the motor when the product breaks the photo beam, then resume movement when the product is moved and the beam is restored.

Storage Cart – stores and transports up to 100′ of conveyor.
